Provide WAN Network requirements including QOS expectations to the
    Customer

Install a VoIP to Analog Gateway in the Home Office where the Analog
    Hoot Hardware is located

Install PC Client Licenses for all users who want to receive Hoot
   transmission through their on-board PC speakers

Train PC support desk on how to deploy and support client licenses on
   an ongoing basis
