Multiple AT&T 4-Wire private Hoot networks bridging 25 branch offices

Analog Hoot hardware in place at each branch

All end users are actively transmitting and receiving on a daily basis

Customer wants to maintain existing hardware investment and convert
   their Legacy Network to VoIP over their existing LAN/WAN
   infrastructure.

ETC’S SOLUTION

ETC provides network and QOS requirements to the customer

ETC project manages the entire rollout reporting to the customer

ETC installs a Central Management Server in the customers Home Office

Analog Hoot feed is delivered into ETC’s VG-1400 Media Gateway at the
    Home Office

ETC installs A/B Switches (AT&T/VoIP) at each location for an easy
    transition

ETC installs VG-1400 Media Gateway devices at each location

ETC is on-site to cut over the VoIP network to the analog system

ETC installs a VG-240E Hybrid System for Dial Back-up for redundancy

ETC provides qualified national support with 4 to 8 hour response times
    nationally
