ETC recognizes that a Hoot over IP deployment is always more than meets the eye. There are many companies who offer software and/or hardware solutions but none who offer the turnkey solutions that ETC offers.

For the customer who wants to take their Hoot to the desktop with a PC client license, it is likely that they may have turrets or existing transmit and receive Hoot devices at one or several locations. With applications being so diverse, ETC has responded with what we call a “Quadruple-Play” Solution.

1. Hoot to a PC with a Client License:

• For the Receive-Only User
• For a Light Transmit Through ETC’s VM-10 USB Microphone
• For the “Work From Home” User

2. Hoot to a Turret System Through an IP Gateway:

• IP Transport on the LAN/WAN with an Analog or TDM Handoff to Turrets

3. Hoot to a Trading Hoot Device through an IP Gateway:

• IP Transport on the LAN/WAN with an Analog Handoff to the Hoot System

4. Hoot to a Stand Alone IP Endpoint:

• For the Receive-Only User where an Additional PC Application would NOT work
