Advance replacements with early AM delivery (where available)
No Standard inspection/repair/refurbish fees on ETC equipment
Labor rates remain constant for the life of the contract
Annual Preventative Maintenance* at no additional charge

ETC will visit and inspect any/all locations under Preferred Maintenance. This shall be at the request of the customer to schedule a technician, no more than once yearly, at no charge. The purpose of the visit is to assure all equipment is operating correctly, fix any/all problems and report on the wellness of the environment.
** Prepayment Service Option
Client may elect to secure a pre-pay service relationship with ETC. Discounts will be applied to hours committed. This commitment is in effect for 1 year with secured labor rates.
